The Urban Radish

Linear City is converting an 8000 square foot metal shed on the corner of Jesse and Imperial Streets into a unique food market to be called The Urban Radish.  The operators of this new venture approached Linear City with the concept of providing fresh, organic goods in a space designed to cater to the changing tastes of urban loft dwellers.

Unlike a supermarket, The Urban Radish will not have row upon row of canned goods.  The focus will be on providing high-quality, largely organically grown food and vegetables along with prepared and semi-prepared take-away meals.

The metal shed occupies a corner of a parking lot owned by Linear City and currently houses a warehouse for a glass repair operator.  The redesign of the space is now under submission to the City.
